Travel RN – Operating Room
Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Facility Specialty/Department: Operating Room
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (various shift assignments); call required 2x/month, plus weekend call rotation (1 in 6 weeks)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Work Week: Sunday–Saturday
Candidate Type: Open to both local and travel RNs (50-mile radius rule applies)
Compensation:
Total Pay Rate: $70/hour
Weekly Gross Pay (All-Inclusive): $2,800/week
W2 Pay (Taxable): $38.85/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246/week ($31.15/hour)
Overtime Rate: $80/hour (after 40 hours/week)
Daily OT after 24 hours and Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on differential)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room RN experience
Prior travel nurse experience required
Active BLS certification
Massachusetts RN License – candidates may apply for licensure at time of offer but must provide proof of application
