Operating Room Nurse in Bakersfield, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift from 6:30AM to 5:00PM with a minimum of 40 hours per week. On-call duties are required every 6 weeks, including 2-3 weekday and 1-2 weekend 12-hour shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; at least 2 years of operating room experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; facility-specific BLS or ARC-BLS certification required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Operating Room specialization preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment information, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must meet organizational vaccination requirements and participate in E-Verify.
