• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; at least 1 year of experience in an acute care facility; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from approved vendors.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of operating room procedures and protocols; previous OR experience preferred.
• Additional Information: The OR Nurse collaborates with surgical teams, participates in patient discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and maintains a safe and healing environment for patients. The role may require on-call duties and weekend shifts.
