First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Gardner, Massachusetts.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 06:30 – 17:00 | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Call Protocol: On-call coverage strictly required 1 night per week plus weekend call rotation based on department staffing needs.
    • Holiday Coverage: No holiday coverage required.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts State RN License [HARDSTOP]. Must be currently active at time of submission.
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required upon hire (or must possess active BLS and successfully obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire) [HARDSTOP].
  • Experience Baseline: Open to clinicians with less than 1 year of experience; however, prior Operating Room RN clinical experience and CNOR certification are strongly preferred.
  • EMR Proficiency: Direct documentation experience in Meditech EMR preferred.
