Shift: Days Monday - Friday, 5x8s, 1230p - 9p, OR 4x10s, 1030a - 9p Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 40 hrs/week
Radius rule: No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)
Employee Separation Policy:Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
HOLIDAY update:unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays
EMR: EPIC
Special equipment 3 Davinci robots. Use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We don t do many ortho joints.
We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures.Scrub or Circulate both would be preferred.
Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist
must have 24 months of current operating room experience
Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS [required]
