Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Variable Start Times | Thursdays Off | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
    • Call Off Policy: Hospital may call off/cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment | 1 Open Position | Requisition ID: #1188886

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of dedicated Operating Room / Surgical RN experience required [HARDSTOP].
  • Radius Restriction & Candidate Eligibility [HARDSTOP]: Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are strictly ineligible [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [WILLING TO WAIT / TEMP PERMIT ELIGIBLE]: Active Oregon State RN License [HARDSTOP]. (Non-Oregon licensed RNs are eligible to apply and obtain a 90-day temporary license if permanent posting is pending before assignment start).
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
