Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Nurse - Location: [Not Specified] This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care to surgical patients within the operating room setting. The role encompasses developing and implementing nursing care plans, delivering holistic care, and fostering effective communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), Scrub and Circulate experience in Cardiac, Hepatobiliary, Robotic, Spine, and Ophthalmology services.
Education & Experience: 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing required.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, days, starting at 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of surgical procedures, operating specialized equipment such as Da Vinci robotic systems and ion machines, and maintaining sterile techniques.
Additional Information: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing; all compliance documents due 10 days prior to start.
