Registered Nurse (RN) - General, Orthopedic, and GYN

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with expertise in General, Orthopedic (total joints), and GYN specialties. This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality surgical care.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures, including Orthopedic, GYN, and General surgeries.
• Operate and maintain complex surgical equipment during procedures.
• Implement aseptic techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely and efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 12 hours of O.R. experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures.
• Robotics experience must be documented, particularly in Orthopedic and GYN specialties.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA is required.
• Experience with neuro cases is a bonus.

Additional Requirements

• COVID-19 booster and flu vaccinations are required; medical exemptions will be considered.
• Must be available to test for ECG/telemetry and medications within 48 hours of offer and achieve a passing score.
• No more than three consecutive days off will be approved.
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application.
• This position does not accept local travelers who reside within 50 miles of the location.
• Only natural nails are permitted, with unchipped polish and short nails only.
