Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a rotating weekday schedule (5×8s) with shifts between 06:00 and 18:30. This role includes on-call responsibilities at least twice weekly and every third weekend.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ recent RN experience in the specialty, including at least 2 years as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), with strong experience in spine, orthopedic, and robotic surgeries. A minimum of one year full-time operating room experience is required.

An Associate Degree in Nursing is required (BSN preferred), along with a current RN license in the state of practice. BLS certification (AHA or ARC) is required, while ACLS, PALS, and CNOR certifications are preferred.
