RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedic Surgery for a travel nursing job in Pikeville, Kentucky.

  • Provided direct nursing care to post-operative and orthopedic patients.
  • Monitored vital signs, pain levels, neurovascular status, and surgical sites.
  • Administered medications, IV therapy, and post-operative treatments.
  • Provided wound care, drain care, and assistance with mobility and ADLs.
  • Collaborated with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Educated patients on recovery, mobility, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintained accurate EMR documentation and followed infection-control and safety protocols.
