Travel Nurse RN - Orthopedics - $1,901 per week in Englewood, CO

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Ortho) – Colorado

Start Date: July 22, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6. Travel assignment.

• 30-bed orthopedic unit caring for both elective orthopedic and trauma patients
• Collaborative team environment with 1 charge nurse, 4–6 bedside RNs, and 2–4 patient care techs per shift
• Specialized equipment includes CPM machines for specialty surgeries, nerve block pumps, and On-Q pain management systems
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dedicated nursing team focused on delivering excellent patient experience and quality outcomes
• Diverse patient population offering varied clinical experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ortho RN in an acute care hospital setting (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Med/Surg experience (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Meditech experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in IV starts, Foley/straight catheterization, CPM application, and early mobilization techniques
