Travel Nurse RN - Orthopedics - $1,908 per week in Denver, CO

Job Opportunity – Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Ortho / Medical-Surgical – Colorado

Start Date: July 24, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts; minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period; 13-week contract

Highlights:

• 36-bed Ortho/Neuro/Spine unit within a Magnet-designated facility
• Patient ratio of 5:1 with strong team support including charge RN, techs, and unit secretary
• Case mix includes total joint replacements (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery patients
• EMR system: Meditech

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact state license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Solid Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• BLS certification (current)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ortho and/or Spine experience strongly preferred
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic care, including use of immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment devices
