Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Neuro Unit – Colorado

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36-bed Orthopedic/Neuro unit, 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, seasonal travel assignment

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of current Orthopedic RN or Medical/Surgical experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ortho/Spine experience highly preferred
