**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Ortho (604) - 7P to 7A** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** 3rd Floor - **General Overview:** - Dynamic Orthopedic Unit with 44 beds - Collaborative team atmosphere focused on exceptional patient care - **Staffing:** - Comprised of dedicated professionals including RNs and Patient Care Technicians - Night shift staffing mirrors day shift for continuity of care - Patient Ratios: - 1:5 RN on days and nights, max 1:6 when possible - **Equipment:** - Utilizing advanced mobility assists - Equipped for Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, and Foley Catheters - EMR System: Meditech - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Have Qualifications:** - BLS Certification - Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience in Orthopedics - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Background in Ortho/Trauma preferred - Medical/Surgical experience is also welcomed - **Common Procedures:** - Drain removal - PICC line placements with the Infusion team - **Personality Traits:** - Positive attitude - Flexible and adaptable - Strong collaborator **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
