Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Orthopedic care in Bangor, Maine. This role involves providing direct patient care in a telemetry environment under the supervision of the Unit Director, with responsibilities aligned to the State of Maine Board of Nursing and facility policies. The Clinical Leader or Charge Nurse will oversee shift activities, ensuring quality care delivery.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Current Maine RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire; Bachelor's Degree preferred; MOAB or CPI certifications preferred but not mandatory; one year of experience in relevant clinical settings.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience; team player with strong communication skills; ability to multitask; flexible hours.
  • Additional Information: If traveler resides within 50 miles of the facility, a $10/hr decrease will apply. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The facility can cancel up to three shifts during a 13-week contract.
