# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Orthopedics – North Carolina

Start Date: September 20, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Day shift patient ratio 5:1 (6:1 stretch); Night shift patient ratio 6:1 (7:1 stretch). Standard shift includes 1 charge RN, multiple RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and unit coordinator support per shift.

• Modern equipment including walkers, bedside commodes, bladder scanners, CPM machines, various lift systems (Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move), and hover mats
• Opportunity to float to other medical-surgical units for professional growth and development
• Sign-on or relocation bonus available for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN License (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Previous hospital experience (preferred)
• Orthopedic nursing experience (preferred)
• Candidates with orthopedic and hospital experience will be prioritized
