Key Responsibilities of the RN - Orthopedics - Travel- Provide postoperative surgical care and general medical-surgical care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize CPAP and heated high flow equipment as needed
- Participate in floating assignments to similar med-surg floors as required
- Maintain comprehensive documentation using EPIC charting system
Requirements of the RN - Orthopedics - Travel- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in postoperative surgical and general med surg care
- Understanding of being part of a Drug-Free Campus, including successfully passing a drug screen for all panels
