Job Description:
- Planning and managing patient care.
- Interviewing patients and recording their medical history.
- Obtaining patient vital signs.
- Administering injections of medications.
- Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.
- Observing and recording patients’ conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
- Assisting patients with hygiene
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living needs
Qualifications:
- Current state license
- BLS required.
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience
