POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator (RN) - Critical Care to join a healthcare organization in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This full-time role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that support nursing excellence, professional development, and clinical competency across critical care services.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs.
• Support orientation, continuing education, and clinical training initiatives.
• Deliver classroom, clinical, and technology-based learning experiences.
• Ensure educational programs meet regulatory and nursing practice standards.
• Develop and revise curricula using adult learning principles and evidence-based educational practices.
• Coordinate continuing education opportunities, mentorship programs, in-services, and specialty training.
• Serve as a key educational resource for nursing staff across assigned departments.
• Participate in councils, committees, and workgroups that support clinical excellence and professional development.
• Support competency validation and ongoing staff development initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
