• Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:40 AM to 5:10 PM
• Shift Length: 10 hours

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,620 - $2,760

Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in the specialty within the last 3 years
• Operating room circulation experience required
• Inpatient or ambulatory surgery center OR experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Ability to pass required pre-start testing, including a telemetry exam
• Willingness to float as needed
• Comfortable caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in an outpatient surgical environment
• Circulate and scrub for multispecialty surgical procedures as needed
• Assume overall responsibility for management of the assigned operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to support efficient case flow
• Maintain sterile technique, patient safety, and infection prevention standards
• Prepare the OR for procedures, manage instrumentation, and support specimen handling
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Respond to changing patient needs with professionalism and clinical confidence
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent surgical outcomes
