Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. The role involves delivering competent patient care, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS (American Heart Association).
