Job Summary The PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing specialized postoperative care to patients recovering from anesthesia. Based in Grapevine, Texas, this role requires coordination with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient transitions through the recovery process, emphasizing patient safety, comfort, and timely assessment.
Job Details
Position Description: Endorses high-quality patient care in a hospital inpatient setting, focusing on post-anesthesia recovery.
Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, Wednesday through Friday, with a total of 36 hours per week.
Experience: 2 years of critical care experience, including at least 1 year in inpatient acute care PACU.
Additional Information: The role involves call shifts every Friday night and every 6th weekend, with coverage for on-call needs. Candidates should be able to work in Navy Blue scrub attire and are expected to participate in a one-round interview process. Candidates must submit required credentials and licensing documentation for consideration.
