Job Details:
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Start Date: 10/12/2026
End Date: 01/11/2027
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PACU RN experience; BLS & ACLS certifications; willingness to work with Meditech electronic medical record system and handle procedures such as craniotomies and orthopedics.
Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility with hours; prior Meditech experience; ability to handle typical PACU procedures efficiently; great attitude and the ability to remain calm under stress; strong focus on patient experience.
Responsibilities: Providing post-anesthesia recovery care, responding to patient needs, adhering to unit policies, including 30-minute on-call response times, and maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Additional Information: The role may involve working with new equipment and technology; the staffing team values experienced, adaptable candidates with a positive attitude and patient-centered approach.
