Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, PACU – Oregon City, OR 97045

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Oregon City, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30). On-call required (up to 100 hours per 4-week schedule). Weekend on-call coverage required. Patient ratio 1:2.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 109-bed short-term acute care facility
• First-time travelers welcome with at least 1 year of PACU or ICU experience
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• 6-room recovery unit serving diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Opportunity to work with multiple surgical specialties including bariatric, vascular, ENT, GI, GYN, ortho, neuro, and trauma
• Free parking and scrubs provided for critical care areas

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Minimum 1 year of PACU or ICU experience
• Experience with patient ratio of 1:2
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred
• Skills required: dysrhythmia interpretation, ventilator management, pain management, arterial and central line management, blood product administration, IV vasopressors, and recovery from various anesthesia types
• Must have reliable vehicle for assignment
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed based on system requirements
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
