AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Freeport, Illinois.
2 Years experience, BLS, ACLS and PALS.
Weekend/Call Requirements: Average one weekend every 5-6 weekends. Common Cases: General surgery, Ortho totals and minor cases, ENT, Uro, Gyne, C/S, and podiatry. - Experience: Previous travel preferred. Prefer 2-5 yrs of PACU experience but will consider strong candidate with less experience. - EMR: Meditech - Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: OR Charge RN, RNs are self sufficient- manipulate their assignments on their own. - Are there nurse aids on this unit: No - RT Equipment: Vents (majority are extubated before PACU), Cpap/Bipap. - ICU patients.
