Job Summary: The Minneapolis, Minnesota-based organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for a 12-week contract. The role involves providing post-anesthesia recovery care in a Pre & Post Operative Care setting with a varying schedule. The position offers an opportunity to support patient recovery following surgical procedures, requiring adaptability to different shift start times.
Job Details:
Shift: Varying schedule with 10-hour shifts, start times vary from 05:30 to 11:00, rotating between day and evening shifts.
Required Qualifications: Valid state RN license, minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN, experience working within a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) preferred. No float rotation required.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) highly preferred.
Schedule: 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week, with shifts starting at varying times as specified. The assignment is from 09/28/2026 to 12/27/2026.
Additional Information: The role involves providing patient care in a dynamic Post Anesthesia Care Unit environment, supporting recovery post-surgery, and collaborating with the surgical team.
