Will position float between units: per unit needs
Is on-call required? Yes 100 hours
Are weekends required? Yes On Call
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:2
Special requirements: PALS, ACLS, BLS
Are 48 hours approved? No

Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + $3/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement**
If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
