OT Opportunities: Yes, needs preapproval by the unit manager (need to ask the day before)
Float Requirements? Must be flexible

On-Call Requirement? None
Holiday Requirements/Specifics? Must be open/available
Certs: AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire Card and Life Safety Card
License: Active CA RN License
Experience & Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1 year of recent Post Anesthesia Care nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital.
Previous experience working in a Recovery Room/PACU.
Experience providing ICU-level care to post-procedural patients.
Successful completion of formal post-anesthesia care training.
Experience caring for patients recovering from a variety of surgical and procedural areas. Knowledge of PACU protocols and patient safety measures.
Experience monitoring vital signs and managing post-anesthesia complications.
Experience administering medications in a post-anesthesia setting.
Will accept local travelers
COVID Vaccine Requirement: Covid vaccination + booster if eligible is a must
