Job Summary:
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) specialist position is located in Fresno, California. The role involves providing advanced patient care in a trauma Level 1 or Level 2 facility, with a focus on trauma, stroke, and pediatric post-anesthesia recovery. This position requires clinical expertise in intensive care and post-operative care services to support patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts with a start time at either 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications as applicable, with education and experience including ICU experience, PACU experience in trauma Level 1 or Level 2, inpatient PACU experience, pediatric experience, and NIH-Stroke certification, with at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must have ICU experience and PACU experience related to trauma, pediatric care, and stroke unit assessment. The position is based in Fresno, California, and requires immediate availability.
