The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and supporting patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification prior to first shift. A minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission to develop individualized care plans. Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and patient education. Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of assessments and interventions. Initiates discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission. Communicates effectively regarding patient status changes to support continuity of care and patient safety. Provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, delegating appropriately, and participating in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment. Maintains communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and clinical training needs. Assumes charge responsibility following orientation and actively pursues ongoing professional development.
