• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting, experience working in a progressive care or similar unit
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a trauma or intensive care environment, experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit is a progressive care setting within a Level 1 trauma center, providing advanced patient care with a focus on post-acute stabilization. The role demands adherence to hospital protocols, SOPs, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
