Job Summary: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a medical/surgical intermediate and PCU departments. The role requires float within scope across multiple units and campuses, with responsibilities including patient monitoring, assessment, and coordination of care for adult and geriatric patients.
Experience: 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in similar settings; 0 years minimum experience noted.
Location Requirements: Must be licensed in Missouri or have a compact license.
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, NIHSS, Missouri or Compact license, 2 years of RN experience.
Additional Information: Ability to float between units; experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and emergency response preferred; open to virtual nurses and candidates familiar with specialized equipment (12 lead EKG, AirVo, Voalte, Omnicell).
Submittal Details: Compliance documentation including labs, modules, and EPIC training required prior to start.
