Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio; completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)); CPR certification; previous Registered Nursing experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions; critical thinking skills.

• Additional Information: The RN will provide quality patient care based on assessment needs and established care pathways. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, medication administration, and reporting pertinent observations to physicians. Position involves physical demands including frequent patient handling activity, with exertion levels exceeding medium work.
