Neuro Tele/PCU unit with 29 beds and approximately 27 daily census.
Patient population includes TIA/stroke, trauma, epilepsy monitoring, neurosurgical patients, and subdural hematomas.
Uses Epic EMR and provides cardiac telemetry/drips, primarily Cardene and heparin.
Self-scheduling, float required, no call.
Every other weekend; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
1 RTO request allowed.
12 hours orientation listed in unit details.
48 hours are approved.
Level II Trauma Center with 379 staffed beds.
