Unless you are a returning traveler within 9 months the only available start date is 9/21. No other date is viable.RN will work 36 hrs/weeknight shift (7p 7:30a). RN will typically work every 3rd weekend and cover 1 holiday, but this is subject to change based on census and staffing. There is no on call required, but the RN may be asked to take a rare call day in times of fluctuating census/staffing. BLS and ACLS are both required. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years cardiac step-down experience, including heart cath recovery/cardiac drips/post-op open-heart patients and other cardiac/med-surg step-down patients. RN will be required to float to other units in times of low volumes or coverage crisis, although this is not expected. The RN candidate MUST have experience with the following: Open-Heart, and Epic EMR."While ventilator patients are not typically admitted to this unit, the RN may be required to care for a ventilated patient in rare circumstances based on patient needs and staffing requirements. Candidates should be comfortable providing care to ventilated patients if needed." Additional Information:Per updated BSA on 6.26.25 Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13 week contract. These hours are not limited to 12 hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report ***Please Note -Your Agency s contract to your traveler MUST mirror the confirmation page. If your agency does not comply with this standard, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions! Start Date Must be Identical. End Date Must be Identical. RTO Must be identical ***Please Note - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and added into the confirmation page for it to be honored. If your agency or the traveler does not include all RTO in the submission form and adds it post confirmation, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions!
