Job Summary: Step Down Unit Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves integrating collaborative care planning for individual patients and implementing nursing standards in the processes of care. The role requires adherence to hospital policies and protocols within a fast-paced environment to support patient recovery and safety.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours minimum per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license; 3+ years of current MS (Medical Surgical) nursing experience; 2+ years of PCU (Progressive Care Unit)/Step Down experience; EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience (highly preferred); at least 3 years of current MS experience; at least 2 years of PCU/Step-down experience; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; own vehicle for transportation; previous travel experience preferred.
Profile Requirements: Work history, skills checklist including Medical Surgical and Stepdown/PCU, supervisory signed reference from the past two years, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
Scheduling Requests: All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; no requests after offer or during interview. Employees must work scheduled holiday blocks and provide any time off requests upfront.
Additional Information: Traveler must include their perm address in the profile; change of schedule requests after offer may result in rescinding the offer; no block scheduling or 48-hour guarantee available.
