24+ months PCU experience – Required
Recent PCU experience within last 12 months – Required
Experienced and willing to work PCU/Med-Surg
Active Arizona RN license – Required
No hits on state license
BLS – AHA/ARC/ASHI
ACLS – AHA/approved vendor
PCU skills checklist completed within last 12 months
Travel experience – Highly preferred
Driver’s license required for residency verification
