Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience in a PCU, step-down, telemetry, or similar acute care setting
• Experience or confidence working in an oncology-focused unit environment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a busy acute care patient care environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Progressive Care Unit patients
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes early, and communicate concerns promptly to the care team
