Job Summary Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a specialized step down unit, ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience and hold necessary licensure and certifications for practice in the state of care.
Job Details
Required Qualifications:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where care is provided
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Additional Information: Responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must be licensed and certified accordingly prior to start date and be available to work night shifts as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to submit licensure and certification documentation upon request.
