Neurosurgical Stepdown RN

Setting: Mixed-acuity neurosurgical unit with stepdown beds
Required: NY RN license, BLS, NIHSS, 2+ years experience
Must Have: Stepdown/PCU, telemetry, high-acuity stroke, and neurosurgery experience
Preferred: ACLS
Skills: Q1 neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar/subdural drains, Cardene drips, arterial lines, seizure management, VP shunts, DBS, aneurysm coiling/clips, and carotid endarterectomy
