Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a focus on monitoring their condition, delivering family-centered support, and collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs, administering interventions, educating patients and families, and maintaining professional development.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift with 12-hour shift hours and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university is preferred. No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Progressive Care or related units is advantageous.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include fostering a therapeutic environment, performing patient assessments, interpreting clinical data, managing care plans, teaching patients and families, and participating in team activities. The assignment duration is from 10/11/2026 to 01/09/2027.
