Compensation & Schedule Details
Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts). Target start date: October 5, 2026.
Time Off & Health Restrictions:Zero Requested Time Off (RTO) accepted. Candidates must be physically healthy enough to safely function in a low-oxygen environment at 8,000 feet elevation.
Housing Warning: Travelers are entirely responsible for securing their own housing. Aspen housing is extremely expensive, especially in the winter (1BR apartments commonly cost around $3,500/month in nearby Basalt). Travelers should consider housing options in surrounding towns such as Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs.

Facility Type: Rural Critical Access Hospital. Provides primary nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN required.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN accepted).
Licensure: Unrestricted active Colorado (CO) RN license or multi-state compact RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Certifications: AHA BLS (may be obtained upon hire) and PALS required at submittal.
