PCU Float: 7 Day shift openings, 7 Night shift openings
Float pool may float to PCU units, 1 level of care lower or another facility.
PCU: 7 Day shift openings, 7 Night shift openings
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provides care to patient and family care that progresses them towards self-identified, holistic, and individualized goals.
Performs nursing process through individualized assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic, efficient care for patients.
Promotes quality outcomes.
Collaborates or seeks additional resources as needed in the management of complex, new/unusual, or other high-risk clinical situations
Serves as patient and family advocate in ensuring excellent and satisfying care.
Sharp HealthCare Registry RN Discipline - Specific Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse is the direct and indirect provider of safe and therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients. Care is individualized and age specific using the nursing process.
Required Qualifications:
Must have travel expeirence
CA RN license
ACLS, BLS, NIH
At least three year recent RN experience working in RN role.
At least two year recent RN experience working in an specialty area.
BSN or ADN required
