- **Staffing Details:**
- **Day Shift:**
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 5 Nurses (RN or LVN)
- 2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
- 1 Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)
- **Night Shift:**
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 5 Nurses (RN or LVN)
- 2 PCTs
- **Patient Ratios:** 4-5:1
- **Technical Information:**
- **EMR:** Meditech
- **Required Skills:**
- **Must Have:**
- PCU skill competency
- **Preferred:**
- Neuro competency
- **Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Details to be discussed during the interview process.
- **Personality Fit:**
- Looking for candidates who embody teamwork and compassion.
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- **Floating Areas:**
- All PCU and Med/Surg
- **Dress Code:**
- Nurses: Royal Blue Scrubs
- PCT: Maroon Scrubs

- Rotating Weekends
- **Experience Required:**
- Minimum of 1 year in PCU
