We are seeking an experienced Progressive/Intermediate Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and strong clinical assessment skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in an Intermediate/Progressive Care setting.
- Monitor patient condition, interpret data, and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Administer medications, document care, and maintain patient safety.
- Support patient and family education as part of discharge planning.
