Travel Nurse RN - PCU / Stepdown - $2,607 per week in Larkspur, CA

**Join Our Dynamic Cardiology Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Collaborate in a team environment to coordinate patient care in the Cardiology Clinic. - Serve multiple areas: Cardiology Clinic, EP/Afib Clinic, and Testing Center. - Conduct nursing assessments, identify problems, and plan care. - Report complex clinical data to the appropriate EP/Cardiologist. - Implement patient care plans as directed by the provider. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - BSN degree highly preferred. - **Experience:** - Minimum of two years in cardiovascular clinic and/or hospital nursing. - Critical care or cardiac inpatient unit experience preferred. - Telemetry monitoring experience preferred. - **Licensure:** - Current Registered Nurse California license. - Maintains BLS and ACLS certification. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide pre and post-op education for Cardiology and EP procedures. - Educate patients about their cardiovascular condition and treatment options. - Teach patients about prevention strategies and self-monitoring. - Triage patients' symptoms/arrhythmias and consult with cardiologists as needed. - Cover RN Testing Center and Cardiac PET CT Imaging when required. - Participate in Transition of Care Management for effective discharge instructions. - Review daily lab/test results and clinical worklist(s) as assigned. - Assist Nurse Supervisor/Director in nursing practices and policy development. - Initiate and maintain personal professional development for continuing education. - Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
