**Job Description:**

**Unit Details:**
- **Size/Beds:** 42 beds (21 medical & 21 Intermediate care)
- **Expected Ratios:**
- Intermediate care: 1:3
- Medical: 1:6
- **Common Cases Seen:**
- PNA
- COPD exacerbation
- DKA
- HHS
- ETOH withdrawal
- GIB
- Sepsis
- PE
- UTI
- Respiratory failure
**Qualifications:**
- **Minimum Years of Experience:** 2 years preferred
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- **Key Skills:**
- Experience with trachs, vents, high-flow NC
- Cardiac drips, BiPaP, telemetry
**Shift Information:**
- **Type:** 12-hour Night Shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
- **Holiday Coverage:** Yes
**Important Requirements:**
- Must be located outside of a 90-mile radius from the facility.
- Submission of documents needed prior to the offer:
- Massachusetts Placement Agency License
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License
