Certifications/License:
- BLS, NRP*, PALS
- PICU RN
- Days and Nights available: 7a-730p or 7p-730a
- Critical Care Float Pool
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior.
- Assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU
- Days and Nights Available 7a – 7p & 7p – 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.
- Experience:
- 2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric critical care.
- Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred.
- Children’s hospital experience preferred.
- Education Requirements: 2-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a 4-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
- Certification/License/Registry Requirements:
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current Advanced NRP certification.
