Travel Nurse RN - Pediatric CVOR in Columbus, OH

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting within a pediatric specialty environment
• Fulfill on-call requirements including approximately 1 weekend per month and 1–2 weeknights per week
• Float to different units as needed based on staffing and assignment requirements
• Collaborate with surgical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, clinical protocols, and travel assignment guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand – State license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience (adult or pediatric)
• At least 1 completed travel assignment
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility location
• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric CVOR cases and related surgical instrumentation
• Proficiency across a broad range of CVOR skills including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring roles
• Prior experience floating to varied units within a hospital setting
