Pay Rate: $1749.00 - $1838.00
Travel PICU RN assignments in Alexandria, LA place you at a 380-bed acute care hospital designated as a Level II trauma center. The facility offers the region’s only pediatric intensive care unit, serving 13 parishes across Central Louisiana.
Alexandria features a welcoming community and scenic riverfront. Baton Rouge is about a two-hour drive southeast, providing access to cultural attractions and entertainment.
To qualify, you need current RN licensure and recent experience in pediatric intensive care. Essential skills include pediatric assessment, critical care interventions, and strong communication abilities. Recommended skills include proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) and experience in trauma or acute care settings.
